Store Policy, Exchange & Returns

 

 

Thank you for shopping at ANAMANA Shop! I am here to assure your experience is at the highest possible. But in case you are not 100% satisfied with the product received, returns can be arranged on most full priced products. 

If you desire to exchange or return a product, please read the following, and get in touch with any questions. I am here to assist you with more information, or pictures if required. I strive to give you the best I can in terms of accuracy in pictures, measurements/fit, and descriptions. We offer free standard shipping in local U.S. for orders over $100. Local deliveries (Rochester Area) $10. 

Every product is carefully inspected before been mailed, but sometimes I may miss something. If you believe you've received a damaged or defective item, please do not hesitate to reach out via email (contact@anamanashop.com) so I can take care of it. I wish you love everything you purchase, and if for any reason you don't -  I will work with you to make it right!

Online Return Policy

 

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned or exchanged items. Unless a different arrangement is set before purchase.

 

Process Time


Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from date of purchase. All orders will be given a tracking number. Orders of $100+ will receive free shipping. Once the order has been received by the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for the order. Issues with package location or delivery delays must be taken up with the shipping provider directly. Customers are responsible for paying for any return shipping for styles that are being returned or exchanged. Customers are also responsible for paying additional shipping if they provide an incorrect shipping address and their order is returned or undeliverable.

Most shipments & local go out within 48 business hours after order is placed. Weekends not included & weather/holiday permitting. Look for tracking emails (or text) for updates. 

  1. Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment method.

INNERCONNECTION

*** Please note, as the nature of artisanal work, inconsistencies on the threads as well as the colors are to be considered as part of the product. Before leaving the store, every product is carefully inspected to guarantee your satisfaction. 

 

ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

  1. Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.

  2. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact.

  3. If you feel you have received a defective or damage item, please contact me within 3 business days of the delivery date.

  4. Products must be shipped back in their original packaging. Additional box may be used, but original one must be returned as well. 

  5. Final Sale items will not be accepted for returns. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

  • Hair Pins and Hats​

  • Custom Printed Cards

  • Any item marked 50% off or more at the time of sale

  • Please note: Items will be shown as final sale when they are put in your cart and will also show up as final sale on the receipt included with your order.

Returns For an Exchange

Must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery date. Since all items are one-of-a-kind and have different measurements, I strongly encourage you to read the product description and measurements, and get in touch if you have questions before placing your order. I'll be happy to assist you in finding the perfect piece!

INNERVISION

ORIGINAL ARTPIECES & ARTPRINTS

  1. Items must be returned in the same package which it was delivered. I strive in protecting every product that leaves the store, and will always make notes to the delivery company notifying them of fragile items (glass lamps, frames) so an extra care can be given to the product delivered. Damage occurred during shipping is out of my control, but I can include an insurance on the package before shipping _ please let me know if you opt for that!

  2. Before leaving the store, I assure the package is safe and risk free of damage. 

  3. Upon return request, please share pictures of the received product, as well as a short explanation for the return. It is my intention to work accommodating returning requests, given your offered reasons. 

  4. Products must be shipped back unharmed, as received, in their original packaging.  

  5. Final Sale items will not be accepted for returns. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

  • Custom Printed Cards & Posters 

  • Any item marked 50% off or more at the time of sale

  • Please note: Items will be shown as final sale when they are put in your cart and will also show up as final sale on the receipt included with your order.

Shipping Returns

Must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery date. 

  1. Return shipping costs are the customer responsibility, unless otherwise arranged between the parts. Please get in touch via email to discuss return arrangements, connect@anamanshop.com.

  2. Refunds are refunded back to the original form of payment upon shippment information of returned product.

ABSTRACT GLASS PIECES

  1. Items must be returned in the same package which it was delivered. Damage occurred during shipping is out of my control, but I can include an insurance on the package before shipping _ please let me know if you opt for that!

  2. Before leaving the store, I assure the product is safe for shipping, and risk free of damage. The lamp kit comes with the fixture provided by Ikea (original product). Manual are included, Grono Lamps and Smart Bulbs. 

  3. Upon return request, please share pictures of the received product, as well as a short explanation for the return. It is my intention to accommodating returning requests, given your offered reasons. 

  4. Products must be shipped back unharmed, as received, in their original packaging.  

  5. Final Sale items will not be accepted for returns. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

  • Custom Made Lamps, since approval is received prior to shippment. 

  • Any item marked 50% off or more at the time of sale

  • Please note: Items will be shown as final sale when they are put in your cart and will also show up as final sale on the receipt included with your order.
